I have to say;

You guys are totally destroying the arguments of a guy who isn't even here. If he ever comes back he'll be faced by the heap of Win you shoveled into the hole of Fail he has dug.

This... is... awesome!

It is a fitting burial. I will place the headstone and give my blessing.
He stripped off his clothes and swam out to the shipwreck. Once there, he filled his pockets with biscuits and swam back.

Paraphrase from Robinson Crusoe.

Moments in literature; even the greatest fiction writers sometimes screw up!

Yeah I gotta say this is the second time he has started a message board and not responded to any post.... It's like he refuses to see reason!!! Haha

I sent him the following message on YouTube-

Hey! Hey! Yes...
I was watching some of your videos and, might I say, was slightly baffled. So much so, that I am going to offer to help you with any further videos you might make.

Me? I'm an Evolutionary Creationist - but I'm willing to help you on the mere fact that you've butchered just about every aspect of the Scientific Method, and displaced it with a broad paranoia and dillusioned version of the facts.
>.>
If you're going to combat Science, I'm willing to help you. I'm willing to answer questions and aid you to the point that you actually KNOW what you're trying to disprove. So far, in 4/4 videos you have come across as, not only ignorant of the facts, but of any branch of Science as a whole.

This is a serious offer.

)O(

I'm not kidding, either. >.>
There's attacking Science, and then there's completely butchering Science toward the ends that the listener is in actual, physical agony (I feel like my mind is on a plane, plummeting toward the Earth in a nosedive, accelerating ~ 32 ft/sec ^2 ... And Superman is nowhere in sight).
I've oficially made this guy my Charity case if he accepts.
Give me a place to stand, and I shall move the Earth.

Post Re: thunderf00t, the intellectual chimera

I've made responses to pretty much every single video he's posted regarding science/evolution, and I'm not the only one. Strange thing is that he hasn't even watched any of them- and I know for a fact, because he's replied saying that he hasn't. The reason he gave was;

"I might make this reply rather vague. I have not had time to watch any of your videos because my time has been occupied with university work."

It had me beg the question that, from what I've seen of him on Youtube and here- how the HELL did he get into University?! I'm under the impression that he's lying, and he's just made an excuse which he thinks would give me the impression he's actually intellectual. But that's my opinion and I don't really know, but whatever.

Either that or its some Christian pseudo university of the kind that produced Hovind.

Why are you wasting your time?
The guy isn't interested in any debate at all, obviously

^^This.

I sent him a PM with the general gist of "if you can't be bothered to enter into debate perhaps you shouldn't bother posting at all."

The guy wants to scurry in, drop a contentious piece of badly thought out crap in our laps, and then scurry away again before us "devil-worshippers" can say anything that might make him think!

That's what a lot of fundie trolls are like....incontinent rats......

Hehe, if only I looked that scary. The question is, can I be arsed to do the second half. I'm inclined to wait and see if he returns and see what the reaction is.

Well, maybe we could all go to his YouTube channel and make comments like, "Hey, your videos were refuted on the LoR forums".

Creationists seem to be fond of that kind of statements, so maybe he'll bite.

I already did write him on youtube and asked him to come back and debate. I was a bit more polite though.

You know, I actually called him up on that, since my last video responding to him, he's released a few more. I messaged him saying "Dude, what the hell? You just gonna ignore the evidence you so greatly plead for? Read an actual science book or go to a museum or just watch the videos that're being made solely for your own education."

Yeah....No reply, I don't think I'll expect one anymore either.

Edit: I also asked him about why he so fervently believes in the fundamentalist creationist belief, I got this answer;

I believe what I believe because of these following things
-Other Christians on YouTube
-My Christian upbringing
-A video testimony that I watched, a man in his 50's got bitten by a poisonous jellyfish and he claims that he saw Jesus
-My Christian friends
-Videos by christian scientists

I think anyone/everyone reading this can see how flawed his basis is. I sent him a reply question, about fossils and he said;
I think that one of the primary reasons we find fossils on earth today was because of an event called 'The Flood' which occured 4400 years ago.
Now let me make this clear: I have not done any research that confirms that the flood happened 4400 years ago, but I have seen some interesting documentaries.

He even states himself that he's not done any research into it, but that he's "seen some interesting documentaries"- It got me wondering, just what "Documentaries" would try and state that this Biblical Flood actually happened? And even if it did, all the dating methods which prove them to be much older? But yeah, anyway- after that reply from him, I didn't bother replying to him on those points.

Post your most convincing evidence refuting evolution HERE, and we can have a discussion. I'm not going to your channel unless you've proven to have a rudimentary understanding of evolution to get me interested in seeing you "refute" it.

One can't fault his beliefs based on upbringing and similarly religious friends - nor, indeed, videos made by other Christians.

The only two of the above list with any question over them are the third and fifth.

Does he have a link for that video (the man who got bitten by a jellyfish and claims to have seen Jesus)?

Which "Christian scientists"? [Makes me wonder is he talking about Hovindian "scientists"...] Any links for these?

As for the Flood... :roll:

Yeah, that was my reading of it after a couple of mins of the second vid, I think I said so in my last post.
